New Vehicle Factory A/C Kit Coverage

Auto Climate Systems & Service Inc hereafter known as ACS&S will warrant our factory AC kits when installed by ACS&S on new vehicles against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years or 60,000 km whichever occurs first. This warranty is subject to a $100.00 deductible after the first year or 20,000 km per repair visit. ACS&S reserves the right to make all warranty repairs.

In the event a warranty repair is required outside of our normal service area, ACS&S will with PRIOR approval supply the required components for repair and cover the labour for the repair at current flat rate labour times at ACS&S’s current door rate.
All replaced components must be returned to ACS&S for warranty coverage.

Used Vehicle Coverage

ACS&S will warrant our factory and aftermarket AC kits when installed by ACS&S against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year or 20,000 km whichever occurs first. ACS&S reserves the right to make all warranty repairs.

ACS&S will warrant all AC kits and Parts for a period of one year when installed by a qualified person.

Wholesale & Retail AC Kits And Parts:Compressors

ACS&S requires that all failed compressors be returned for inspection and authorization by the manufacturer prior to credit. The compressor manufacturers will not warrant compressors found to have evidence of damage caused by improper lubrication, high head pressures or damage caused by foreign material from a previous failure.

Exclusions

ACS&S will not be responsible for parts and components damaged by abuse, damage, neglect, and lack of maintenance or improper installation. ACS&S will not be responsible for subsequent damage and costs caused by a failed part or component. Belt adjustments, car rentals or accommodations are not covered by ACS&S

AUTO CLIMATE SYSTEMS & SERVICE INSISTS THAT ONLY PROPERLY TRAINED TECHNICIANS BE ALLOWED TO PERFORM ANY A/C INSTALLATION OR REPAIR.
